Completion of Karl August

The flats of Karl August are rented starting from April 2020. Thanks to the successful letting process, almost all flats were handed over to the new tenants per 1 April 2020.

The new building was completed on schedule in the first quarter and the handover process was completed without any problems.

We wish the tenants a good time settling into their new home!
